Breakfast: Overnight Oats and Chia

Scroll

This is a super easy way to prepare a breakfast for busy families. Soaking oats and chia seeds in almond milk overnight in the fridge will allow them to soften and bulk up to a creamy consistency.

The milk can be any nut milk of your choice and sweetened if you like with some honey or syrup.

Here our overnight oats and chia is served with seasonal fresh fruits which were added just before serving, but they can be added from the start if you like them well blended.

This breakfast is so versatile and is a healthy, refreshing start to the day.

Serve them in smaller portions for reluctant children; they will love them in pots, layered with colourful fruits and drizzled with honey and nuts.
