Nourish is made up of lots of wonderful people who all share a passion for health and wellness. Whether you’re a wholesome foodie, knowledgeable naturopath or Nourish newbie, we’re always looking for positive people interested in natural products. Here we meet some of our team mates who take on different roles at Nourish.

Store Manager: Líadan Taylor

Líadan joined Nourish in 2021 having previously worked as a vegan and health food chef.
‘The role in Nourish matched up nicely with my passion for vegan food and nutrition. Nourish is a company that focusses on individual progression and has a similar ethos on sustainability and nutrition to my own.’
In the space of 10 months, Líadan progressed from Sales Assistant, to Store Supervisor, to the role of Essentials Manager where she lead the teams in our Stephens Green, ILAC Centre and Portmarnock locations. ‘In the short amount of time I’ve been here, I’ve met some amazing people and made close friendships, making it a truly great place to work.’
She then moved to our busiest standalone store Wicklow Street, where she manages this team and store now.

Stockroom Supervisor: Daniel Carroll

Daniel joined Nourish in 2020 as a Stockroom Assistant before being promoted to Supervisor in 2021.
‘I really enjoy the fast-paced nature of the role. It’s very hands on and I’m always kept busy. I’ve picked up some practical skills in stock rotation and stock management. It’s also great exercise!’
Daniel enjoys being immersed in the world of whole foods and this role has helped to expand his knowledge of health foods.

Product Training & Customer Experience Manager: Gemma Peek

Gemma is an Associate Nutritionist registered with AfN and is working towards fully registered status (RNutr). She holds a BSc in Nutraceutical in Health and Nutrition from Technological University Dublin (formerly Dublin Institute of Technology) and an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow. 
Gemma worked in both Assistant Manager and Manager positions in our Nourish Jetland store, before joining the Learning and Development Department in 2024. Now working as Product Training and Customer Experience Manager, she is responsible for driving the exceptional Nourish Customer Experience through the education and development of our teams.

Store Manager: Lorna McCarron

Lorna joined Nourish in 2021 as our Donaghmede Store Manager. Lorna’s 16 years of experience coupled with a degree in Nutritional Therapy proved to be the perfect combination for a leadership role with Nourish.
‘I really enjoy managing a team. It’s so rewarding to see my colleagues progress to leadership positions, and I love being able to pass on my expertise in retail.’
Lorna also takes pleasure in helping customers to find the right products to fit their needs.
‘Health and nutrition have always been a key focus for me. I get great satisfaction advising customers on the right solution for them.’
