Nourish - Nuzest Pancakes
Tasty, easy, protein pancakes ready in 20 minutes. Use your favourite toppings or favourite Nuzest flavour and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 scoops (25g) of Nuzest Vanilla Protein
- 130g finely ground oats or oat flour*
- 250ml non dairy milk of choice (or you can use 125ml of water and 125ml of milk)
- 2 heaped tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Method
- Whisk together all batter ingredients in a bowl or jug. If you use oat, or coarse oat flour you can blend the ingredients in the jug using a hand blender, or place them into a blender to create a smooth batter.
- Leave batter to rest for 5 or 10 minutes to thicken up a bit.
- Cook 2 tbsp of batter per pancake in a large non-stick pan greased with coconut oil or vegan butter.
- Stack and stop your protein pancakes as you please!
*You can blitz oats of your choice to flour in a blender.
