Tasty, easy, protein pancakes ready in 20 minutes. Use your favourite toppings or favourite Nuzest flavour and enjoy!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Whisk together all batter ingredients in a bowl or jug. If you use oat,  or coarse oat flour you can blend the ingredients in the jug using a hand blender, or place them into a blender to create a smooth batter.
  2. Leave batter to rest for 5 or 10 minutes to thicken up a bit.
  3. Cook 2 tbsp of batter per pancake in a large non-stick pan greased with coconut oil or vegan butter.
  4. Stack and stop your protein pancakes as you please!

 

 

*You can blitz oats of your choice to flour in a blender.
