Berry Crumble


The perfect Berry Crumble to treat the family, ready in less than 40 minutes. Or bring this to a barbeque to feed a few with the warmer weather fast approaching.

Preparation Time – 10 minutes
Cooking Time – 25 – 30 minutes
Servings – 4 – 6

1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F).

2. Mix together the berries, maple syrup and cornstarch in a bowl.

3. Place into an oven safe dish.

4. Mix together the oats, flour and sugar in a large bowl.

5. Add the butter and mix well with a spoon. Once mostly combined, use your hands to ensure the butter is actually evenly distributed!

6. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top of the berries. Bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes; until lightly golden and bubbling.

7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving with dairy free whipping cream, yoghurt or ice cream of choice.
