1. Hydration

When you’re dehydrated, your skin becomes dry and flaky. Avoid overly hot showers, use a moisturiser and body cream, try reduce alcohol and caffeine, and drink lots of water to keep your skin looking and feeling its best.

Look out for products that contain hyaluronic acid, which can help retain moisture. 

2. Summer cleansing

Our skin has a hard time in Summer with a lot more sun exposure, sweating, and sun cream. Opt for a lighter moisturiser but also make sure you’re cleansing properly. Cleanse in the morning and night, ensuring to use a cleanser that will clear your pores and wash away the dirt from each day. 

3. Extra SPF

Although SPF should be worn all year-round, it is crucial in summer when the days are longer and you will be spending a lot more time in the sun. Make sure to have it anywhere exposed and always reapply to keep your skin protected.
